Always amazing! Always consistent! Awesome service! And so very, very clean. I will wait any amount of time to get a seat here.
Such a cool and different place to go to. The server took her time explaining all the menu very calmly and clearly. It was alot too! Loved that and my food was sooooo good. Great atmosphere! Kinda pricey but worth it for the experience.
Food was great! Service also excellent. Great location and it's a diner with stools. Had the lucky Denny which was hash browns 2 eggs over the top some bacon on the side and toast. 1 in our group had the stuffed french toast, another had the sausage platter and another had a brussel sprout omelette. They use all local producers for the food that they serve. You have to go here!! Also Monday is Burger Monday!
The wait is long. The menu is limited. The specials of the day are usually the coveted items but are unpredictable. The price is costly. The service is way above average. We have only gone for breakfast 3x as this is a little out of the way for us and with an hour long wait each time we have to have the time to spare but we have never been disappointed. Their baker has moved on so thus far there is no in house bakery to serve but the rest of the food does stand on its own. Truthfully, outside of my own eggs cooked in my own kitchen, these have been the best eggs I have ever been delighted to eat in a restaurant. That may not sound like a big deal to most, but a cook can be judged by how well he/she can cook a simple egg and to an egg snob like myself it means a willingness to return time and again to a diner if perfection is found. The actual place is an old fashion small diner, the booths are tiny, the place in cramped, there are counter seats but those are cramped as well but I have never seen a cleaner establishment. The waitstaff is fun, knowledgeable, and right on the money each time. No tipping is allowed as it is included in the bill but I have certainly attempted to leave extra as the service has just been down right brilliant. Now if I could just be there the one day they are making the dutch oven pancakes life would be complete!
No other place like it on the planet. We are only able to stop in once every few months, and they remember us! Customer Service at it's finest, they have the best people there. They have a no tipping policy and the prices are accordingly priced so they can pay all their staff a living wage. For the area, it may seem steep, but the food is AMAZING and worth every penny, and the prices are comparable to mediocre food in the city. Scratch cooking, good values, fun people, hot sauce, jalapeno pancakes and a fun diner setting. Don't pass on it just cause you hate Guy Fieri and he stopped in here, that would be a horrible mistake. Delta Diner forever!!
